2025-03 Adjustments array improvement for Sales API

Several improvements for the adjustments array in the Sales API:

• Added the tax_components array, where each tax component object represents the aggregated tax values associated with the adjustment type and tax rate ID. Adjustments without a tax component will have an empty array.
• Updated the type field to adjustment_type in the document, which has been the case for some time.
